1. Who we are

These terms are between you (the customer organisation) and Wohiri [Inc./LLC], a Delaware [ENTITY TYPE]. We provide software and technical services.

2. Our services

We supply a property records workspace by subscription, and separately agreed services such as implementation, data migration, website development, hosting, maintenance and support.

3. What we do not do

• We do not buy, sell, market, negotiate, broker, allocate or hold property on anyone’s behalf.
• We do not receive, hold or transfer property purchase money, deposits or escrow funds.
• We do not offer investment products or pay referral commissions on property sales.

Customers remain solely responsible for their own property activities, pricing, contracts, licences and regulatory obligations. Nothing on this website states or implies that we hold any real estate licence or regulatory approval.

4. Accounts and roles

The organisation owner controls who has access and what role they hold. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.

5. Your content

You own the content you put in the workspace. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service.

6. Fees

Subscription and service fees are set out in your order form or invoice. Software fees are billed separately from, and never combined with, any property transaction.

7. Availability and support
